Optional analytics are off until you choose “Allow analytics”. Choosing “Reject optional” keeps them off and does not affect access to the website. Use Cookie settings at any time to change your choice.

Your browser remembers your choice in local storage for up to 180 days. This preference does not identify you and is not sent to an analytics service. If you clear browser storage or use a different browser, you may be asked again.

Analytics and session recordings

With your consent, Google Analytics measures page views and interactions such as scrolling and outbound link clicks. It uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits. Google Tag Manager loads the Google Analytics tag only after you allow analytics. See Google’s Privacy Policy for how Google processes information.

When enabled with your permission, Microsoft Clarity helps me understand how visitors use this website through heatmaps and session recordings, including clicks, scrolling and page layout. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies and masks sensitive text by default. Microsoft also processes this information for its own purposes described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Clarity cookies can include _clck and _clsk. Advertising consent is kept off. Rejecting optional analytics blocks Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Clarity from loading. If you withdraw consent after allowing it, the page reloads to stop the running analytics code and clear its accessible first-party cookies.

Hosting, fonts and contact

Vercel hosts the site and processes connection information needed to deliver and secure pages. Fonts on the main page are provided by Google Fonts, which receives the connection information needed to deliver those font files. These requests are separate from optional analytics.

Email links open your email application. If you contact me, I use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and handle any resulting work. Links to LinkedIn and other websites lead to services with their own privacy policies.

Your requests

You can contact me to ask about information held about you or request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable requirements. Analytics information without direct identifiers may not be identifiable as yours. Browser settings can also clear or block cookies and local storage.
